The Leadership Identity Programme is an in-depth development format for leaders who want to consciously shape their personal leadership identity.

Can I have the costs reimbursed by my company?

You should clarify this directly with your employer. Of course, we can also issue the invoice to a company address.

Is it possible to buy in installments?

No. The full amount is due upon registration and must be paid in full before the start of the program. A binding reservation will only be made once full payment has been received.

What costs are added to the price?

Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the participation fee and must be paid separately and booked by the participant. Participants are responsible for organizing their own accommodation.

How many people participate in the Leadership Identity Training?

Since we place a high priority on quality, we always strive to maintain select and comfortable group sizes. A peer group typically consists of 8 to 12 people.
