INSIGHTS MDI® personality analysis

We offer the INSIGHTS MDI® method for typologizing and analyzing personalities. This method shows how we do what we do and thus measures our behavior.

INSIGHTS MDI® is a personality analysis that gives you a holistic insight into the complexity of human development opportunities. It is a further development of William Moulton Marston’s DISC model and measures not only behavior (DISC) but also motives, emotional intelligence and sales skills. The INSIGHTS MDI® analysis shows how we behave in certain work and stress situations, how we act in a team and what role we think we have to play. It provides an insight into our value structure, sheds light on our very personal drive systems and explains why we behave in a certain way.

In an initial phone call, we will clarify whether and how we can support you. The consultation is non-binding and free of charge. We take the time to get to know you and make you an individual offer – depending on your needs.

If we decide to work together, we will conclude a written agreement that regulates our cooperation and sets out the content, e.g. learning objectives, procedure and organization of the training.

We are flexible in the way we work together. In addition to the provision of e-learning content, we are open as to whether the training should take place in person or virtually.
