Leadership Practice Program: Open Group

The first module of our open Leadership Practice Program has been successfully completed — facilitated by our trainers Flora and Magdalena and joined by an inspiring group of leaders from different companies.

The focus was on intensive peer exchange, practical input, and joint reflection on key leadership topics.

The mixed composition of the group was seen as particularly valuable. The confidential exchange on individual challenges and best practices among leaders highlighted how enriching different perspectives and experiences can be for shared learning — beyond the boundaries of one’s own organization.

Key topics during the first training days included:

  • Situational leadership: Accurately assessing and distinguishing employees’ levels of competence and commitment.
  • Clear delegation: From preparation to follow-up — for goal-oriented and reliable leadership.
  • Effective feedback: Especially how to formulate constructive feedback so that it is truly understood and can be accepted.
  • Apollo 13 film analysis: Observing and reflecting on leadership behavior in challenging situations.

The role plays in particular created valuable individual learning experiences. Depending on personality and established habits, different patterns became visible and new ways of responding could be tested.

And of course, there was plenty of fun along the way:

  • Walk & Talk in the beautiful Friesacher Garden
  • Dynaxity game focused on goal orientation
  • Reflection on personal leadership identity using Schleich animals and the question: “If I were an animal as a leader, which one would I be — and why?”

A successful start filled with exchange, reflection, and shared development.

We’re looking forward to the next two modules!
