Consulting

Our consulting focus is on strategy and organizational development as well as change management. Our client and project portfolio is demanding and broad – we focus less on the industry and more on its systems, organization and people. Because at the end of the day, the success or failure of a company is determined by the people who work there.

Training

Our focus is on the development of leadership skills from grassroots to excellence. We offer different training courses, tools and formats depending on the experience level of the managers. We accompany you on your learning journey towards leadership excellence: from Leadership Practice as a practice-oriented foundation stone, to Leadership Refresher as an extension of your leadership skills, to Leadership Masterclass as a stage towards excellence.

Coaching

We support coachees at all stages of their career, both at executive level (C-level) and in middle management or in preparation for taking on new management responsibilities. In addition to business coaching for individuals, we also focus on supporting teams. We act as sparring partners, working collaboratively at eye level, in a protected and trusting environment.
