Eating healthily also means taking responsibility for your own energy levels. After all, if you want to stay productive, focused, and balanced, you need the right building blocks for your daily work routine. Meal prep can help you make mindful choices, even when your schedule is packed.
Our energy balls are a simple and delicious snack for in between meals. Made with dates, nuts, and rolled oats, they provide natural energy, valuable nutrients, and a satisfying feeling of fullness. When your concentration starts to wane or you get a little hungry, they’re an ideal alternative to traditional sweets and they contain absolutely no refined sugar.
Small, convenient, and quick to prepare, they show that mindful living often starts with small habits. After all, taking good care of yourself lays the best foundation for focus, well-being, and sustained performance.
Basic Recipe for Energy Balls:
- 150 g almonds
- 200 g Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Finely grind the almonds in a food processor, add the remaining ingredients, and blend everything into a sticky mixture. Shape into small balls and let them set in the refrigerator.
Tip:
You can customize this recipe to your liking. Instead of almonds, you can combine different types of nuts or add chia seeds. In addition to dates, dried plums or apricots also work well for natural sweetness. There are no limits to your creativity – just experiment and discover your own favorite combination!
Enjoy – Helga wishes you a bon appétit!
