A new edition and, of course, a new meal prep recipe from Helga. This time, it’s all about the wrap, the true chameleon of the lunchbox.

It’s never just a meal, but transforms into something completely different every day.

  • On Monday, it’s a fitness guru with spinach, chicken and avocado – green, crunchy, motivating.
  • On Tuesday, it transforms into a southern summer romance: hummus, grilled vegetables, olives, and suddenly you can hear the sea rushing.
  • Wednesday? It comes in fiery with chilli chicken or spicy tofu, because you know: the week needs some drama right now.
  • On Thursday, it becomes crunchy and fresh, with mint and sprouts, as if to say: ‘I’m here to save you from your PowerPoint depression.’
  • And Friday… well, Friday it can be anything. The main thing is that it keeps you full until it’s finally time to clock off.

Wraps aren’t a meal. They’re a mood. And you decide which one.
